We develop and manage tailored Safety Management Systems aligned with the ISM Code and international maritime requirements, structured around the specific profile, programme and operating style of each yacht. These systems are not imposed. They are built with captains and crew, embedded into daily operation and supported continuously from shore.
Compliance is managed in full, from yacht registration and flag liaison through to class, statutory certification, crew certification and Seafarers’ Employment Agreements. Surveys, renewals, audits and inspections are anticipated, scheduled and prepared well in advance, ensuring regulatory obligations are met calmly and without disruption.
LIGHTHOUSE sits at the centre of this framework. Our proprietary platform brings safety management, certification, planned maintenance, digital logbooks and compliance oversight into one secure, real-time environment. It provides transparency between the yacht and shore team, strengthens operational control and allows both crew and management to access accurate information whenever it is needed.
We support both routine compliance and exceptional circumstances. Internal and external audits are carefully managed, findings addressed promptly and improvements implemented in partnership with the yacht. Security compliance under ISPS, Company Security Officer services and Designated Person Ashore support are provided where required. And should an emergency arise, our team is available around the clock to assist with coordination, response and resolution.
